In some cases, the Chinese Customs or clients are requesting a China Compulsory Certificate (CCC Certificate) for China. However, these products are often not correctly demanded because no CCC obligation exists. If there is no CCC obligation, this can be demonstrated by a CCC Negative Certificate, Rejection Notice or CIQ-Declaration.
If clients or the Chinese customs demand a CCC Certification for a product group, it makes sense to carry out a CCC check in the first step. Companies can do this by themselves with the CCC Product Catalog and the CCC Regulations (Implementation Rules and GB Standards) or companies can commission a consultancy company. ECCS will gladly check one of your products free of charge and without obligation. Please write us an email: email@example.com
In the event that the check does not result in a CCC obligation, a Negative Certificate, Rejection Notice or CIQ-Declaration may be issued or applied for.
Rejection Notices are done by Chinese Certification Authorities. For a Rejection Notices, we apply for a CCC-Certificate at the respective certification authority. Once the application is rejected you might use this document as an official rejection letter.
Like the consulting companies, the CIQ (China Inspection and Quarantine) issues declaration that no CCC obligation exist. There are 35 CIQ offices in China where you can obtain a declaration. For this purpose, a pre-inspection is often carried out by the CIQ on-site in the company. Furthermore, test reports can be sent to the CIQ.
ECCS gladly assist you with the issue of a Negative Certificate or the application for a Rejection Notice or CIQ-Declaration. In the first step, we check whether a CCC certification obligation exists. If there is a CCC obligation, we will explain your options and the associated costs. In the event that no CCC obligation exists, we will gladly prepare an offer for a Negative Certificate, Rejection Notice or CIQ-Declaration.
