Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and Ministry of Finance (MOF) have issued the promotion plan of the development of motor vehicle power battery industry together on 01.03.2017.
Till 2020 the energy density of single Lithium-ion power battery should exceed 300 Wh/kg., systematic energy density will strive to reach 260 Wh/kg and the costs come down to less than 1 Yuan/Wh while the applicable environment should reach the range between -30℃ and 55℃ and have 3C charging ability. Till 2025 the technology of the new battery power system will have achieved a breakthrough and the single Lithium-ion power battery will reach 500 Wh/kg.
In the context of Made in China 2025 many industrial standards have been proposed and/or made. 387 items were arranged in the fourth industrial standards planning in 2016, of which 331 items were newly made and 56 items revised; among the 387 items production standards account for 340 items, construction standards 18 items and Energy Conservation and Resources utilization 29.
15 items (recommendation) in the automobile field were planned. Items such as (No. 2016-1685T-QC) Technical requirements and testing methods for automatic transmission and (No. 2016-1686T-QC), Electric heater for electric Vehicle and other 6 items are newly drafted. Revised items such as (2016-1687T-QC) Aerial lift vehicle will replace QC/T 719-2004.
The standard Technique specifications of Engine Electric Water Pump for Automobile was drafted on the basis of GB/T 1.1-2009 for the first time.
The standard formulated technique specification such as technical requirements, testing methods, inspection items, packaging and transportation of engine electric water pump for Automobile. This standard is applicable for the development and evaluation of engine electric water pump for automobile.
Some of the references of this newly drafted standard are: JB/T 8126.2-2010 Internal combustion engines-Cooling water pumps-Part 2:Test method and GB/T 28046.2-2011 Road vehicles – Environmental conditions and testing for electrical and electronic equipment – Part 2: Electrical loads.
